MindNavigate is NOT a medical service. We do not provide diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment. The content, resources, and assessment tools on this site are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MindNavigate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the service

MindNavigate provides mental health information, self-help resources, wellness tracking tools, and community support. You agree to:

  • Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Not use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
  • Not attempt to access another user's data or account

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Content and assessments

Assessment tools (such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10) are validated screening instruments provided for self-awareness purposes only. Results are not diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for clinical evaluation.

Resource recommendations are based on your selected goals and preferences. We curate resources for quality, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of third-party content.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on MindNavigate is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. User-generated content (journal entries, etc.) remains your property.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindNavigate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on any resource, assessment result, or recommendation provided through the platform.

We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or error-free.

7. Crisis and emergency services

MindNavigate is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger:

  • Emergency services: Call 999

  • Crisis text line: Text "SHOUT" to 85258
  • NHS urgent helpline: Call 111

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
